Features developed: room availability calendar with real-time sync, online booking with Razorpay payment integration, tenant dashboard (rent payments, maintenance requests, documents), automated WhatsApp notification flows for booking confirmations, payment reminders, and move-out notices. Property manager dashboard with occupancy and revenue reporting.
